Dave Kelly

Playing music since the age of 7, and a self taught keyboard and guitar player.

Played keyboards in several bands and events over the years, opening for some high profile gigs such as Tin Machine and The Fall.

Founded the Simple Minds tribute band "Band For The Tribes" in 1998, which went on to be Sample Minds.

Left Sample Minds in 2007, and was approached by Simple Minded in 2008 to be their guitarist.
As well as guitar duties, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge of Simple Minds music to the band.
